Extended deadline to submit the hospital surveys for hospitals with December Fiscal-Year Ends (FYE). These data are for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024.
The hospital surveys are:
- Annual Survey
- Fiscal Survey
- Uncompensated Care Report
- Personnel Survey; and
- Medicare Cost Report (if applicable)
